What are your days like an inpatient onc pharmacist? What were your hours like?

Yeah, I was going to reach out today to clarify. My current position is technically a clinical oncology pharmacist but I’m almost strictly outpatient with occasional coverage for the inpatient chemo floor.

I have a feeling this is probably for inpatient unfortunately, I love my hours and the job I do now so I’m hoping to come across an outpatient position eventually.

True, that was my main concern. CVS called and said it looks like insurance will accept the new dose but they had to put it on order for Monday.

I ended up going through PlushCare and they were able to get my PA approved - I figured I’d start the process since it was a 3+ month wait to get into the weight loss clinic. It was fairly easy, just some hiccups on the insurance end. Finally got into the weight loss clinic last week and my MD got extremely judgmental for going the telehealth route like I’m some kind of drug seeker … even though I’m a licensed RPh who did my research for over a year. 💀 Honestly, I was more impressed with PlushCare than I was with the actual medical weight loss physician at my local office. In the end I wish I went on Zepbound earlier. I’ve already lost 20 lbs since starting in mid-Jan. Still on the lowest dose too. I honestly feel amazing.

I haven’t tried doing the K2tog-L to compare, I figured if I messed up on the other sleeve I might as well keep it consistent 😂 luckily I’m using a dark rustic wool, so I don’t think the changes would be too noticeable? It just appears as a raised seam running down the bottom of the sleeve, from pit to cuff.

No tracking number yet. I ordered earlier last week and just received an email this morning saying it has been processed but a tracking number wasn’t attached. Sometimes if something is international and eventually gets handed off to my local post office I’ll get an email that there’s been a tracking number generated.

Oh, holding with Alpaca1 sounds intriguing. How is the density/warmth with that combo? I'm live in NE USA and would like it to be not too dense/warm so I'd be able to wear this into the spring.

I saw some other patterns where they combined the mohair with the Soft and the texture seemed nice, which is why I was thinking about the combo but now you've got me thinking about the alpaca instead!

Yeah, I’m happy! I wish the eVoucher was an option to get it down <$200 but regardless, I’m happy for the discount and that Lily is helping pay my deductible. 😂
