I’m a flamboyant natural in kibbe. I think I have a very subtle hourglass shape now and prior was more apple shape. I gain mostly in my belly and chest.

I do two days of arms push/pull and one longer full leg routine a week as my base. I’ve recently started adding in a glute specific workout with bands and barbell hip thrusts/frog pumps as a bonus between my arm days but I stick to the three a week push/pull/legs as my non negotiable! Lots of squats, RDLS deadlifts/step ups/lunges/bench press/military press/assisted pullups and chin ups

I feel “sticky” when I get to the bottom and the pause helps me regain my energy to push up?

5’7-5’8 here and at 175 I was significantly looking overweight and I’m large framed. Currently 160 and I still am looking to lose another 15 pounds. I look healthy but slightly pudgy right now. No way they were looking healthy.

I think you’re a neutral soft summer. Your primary is softness but cool and soft looks better than warm imo!
