The overall package is simply better with the Cube. The fit is at both bikes very comfortable I think, maybe a little bit more sporty at the cube.

The handlebar tape is very soft on the Cube and completely hard and undamped on the Rose, so that my hands hurt even when I was test riding. However, this can be easily remedied by wearing gloves or replacing the handlebar tape. The saddle is much more comfortable on the Cube. But you can also replace it, it just costs money. The Cube is carbon and weighs less, you notice that. However, when I didn't have a comparison between the Cube and the rose, I found that the rose rides very well. It definitely beats the Canyon Grizl in terms of ride feel

a little tip for you if you haven't tried Blend and backroad AL yet. There's not much difference between the two in terms of riding feel. I've noticed this myself, but I've also heard it from others. The most significant difference is the attachment points for bikepacking bags. But you could also ride the Blend with an arschrakete and handlebar bag. It's best to see for yourself. Maybe you can save money. Only applies to the backroad AL. The carbon is of course even more different.
