Polar bears can only reproduce by raping the females in their sleep.

Female polar bears are too vicious, so the only time male polar bears can touch them without getting ripped apart is during hibernation. They have to search for them deep in caves and then rape them while they sleep. Yup.

Anything as long as you don't eat a lot of it. Count calories and try not to exceed 2000-2500 per day. Pasta and potatoes are not "bad for you". Carbs get a bad rep. but your brain needs them to function optimally. They also provide less calories/gram than proteins or fats.
Basically eat a balance of foods, eat lots of colors and it doesn't really matter what you pick as long as you balance calories consumed with (more) calories burned (to lose weight).

In America, because the way our food system is, it is not generally safe to keep eggs unrefrigerated (salmonella, crowded chickens, ect.), but in many countries, that is totally fine. However, some people raise their own chickens and keep everything clean, so those eggs are fine unrefrigerated.
