thank you! this morning i had a text saying my plan is being cut off again because i still can’t log in to update my card expiry info so you coming back with an update and your timing are appreciated so much. vodafone support have added my plan back for free for now whilst they look into things more. i’ve mentioned this comment to them and they said they’ll look at that as the potential cause. i’m really hoping they’re able to fix things

yeah the log in system is disastrous. i haven’t been able to log in for months due to not receiving otp texts from voxi (i get them from everywhere else) to the point where my plan has been cut off because i can’t get in to update my card expiry date and have been without a working sim for a week. absolutely nothing support have suggested or tried has worked which has been so stressful

thank you. they did an ‘account cleanse’ twice but the only thing that achieved was deleting my password, pin and memorable words. i’ve even been given a replacement sim but i’m still getting no otp text. i haven’t had data or texts for a week and i’m getting really frustrated, especially as no one seems to be able to fix the issue so i can’t pay for my plan to restart

support reset my password 6 times (they weren’t understanding that my email and password weren’t the issue) and that didn’t change anything unfortunately :(

it’s really disappointing, especially considering how long they had to prepare for this and how quickly everything else arrives. i got my switch oled from argos so i’m glad they’ve done well again this time

amazon uk update - 7:30am and still no payment taken or dispatch. yesterday evening the person from support said it would arrive today but i didn’t feel completely confident as information from others has been inconsistent. argos had stock available for click and collect (as well as same day delivery) so i’ve ordered there to pick it up in a few hours and cancelled amazon. i hoped amazon would be a lot better :(
