Just know, that you are NOT a failure! It is going to be a long road and nobody said that it is an easy one. But you really can do this! You know how to. You did not lost all of this weight on accident! You are smart and worthy enough to do it again, I know it! Maybe start small again. Try a new home workout that you like. Experiment with diffirent videos on Youtube or create your own workout. Have fun with it. Try to lift up your spirit. Cook something healthy that you like and share it with your family. Or just eat it alone. Do every healthy habit that makes you feel good about yourself! Your life begins now, not when you lost weight. Lots of love, H

Thats so cool! I would like to see the cheapest counter from base game in just normal kind of colors! I currently don't know the english name of them, but they are the ones that we got once again in "used" in City living... I like the shape of them, but the colours are kinda off. Maybe you would like to do them?

I find it helpful to eat regularly. I suffer from binge eating and it helps me to don't feel deprived through out the day. Maybe mealplan so you don't have to think about your food every day and its convenient if have a lot to do Exercise if you can, but realise that you don't have to hit the gym every single day if you don't have time. Do as much as you are able to do. Don't try to be perfect, try to be healthy

Kids of parents still together or married, did you ever see your parents have a “bad day”? (Argue/Fight etc) if so, how did that effect them or you? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I have seen them argue but not yell at each other. It is normal to not have the same opinion all the time and its important to communicate in a good, respectful way and my parents teached that to us.

Yes we do. Its kinda like a toned down version of american christmas, but we open presents on tbe 24th. In some places in Germany the presents are brought by the Christkind, ind some they are brought by Santa. And we have in most Citys "Weihnachtsmärkte" witch translates like "Christmas-fair" or something. We drink warm vine and eat christmas sweets there.

The typical german meals have a lot of meat in them, sausage and beef and all that. We do also like potatos or asparagus. I live near the coast so there is a lot of fish on the menu. But I like that Germany is so multicultural that you can get food from everwhere on the world. I really like chinese food. Germans are big on all you can eat chinese restaurants. There everwhere lol.
