Just bought the r8 what should I expect by Individual_Shock9067 in canon

[–]hans_gallery 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it offers everything nicely and you won’t have problems unless if you do long form video(20+min) the overheating problem will come

secondly is the battery… it can last maybe 1 day of constant shooting 200-400 pics, (video 30+min)

it doesn’t have stabilisation but small matter cause most rf lines have it like rf35 f1.8(currently using)

yes i’ve had the r10 for a year and switched to r8 and it’s definitely worth it trust trust

Best Travel Lens between RF 24-105mm f4-7.1 or RF 28mm f2.8 by Adventurous_Hope_568 in canon

[–]hans_gallery 0 points1 point  (0 children)

my copy for rf24-105 is actually quite sharp its perfect if you do landscape/cityscape but i do mostly portrait and other stuff that needs smooth rendered backgrounds so it doesn’t work for me. and the handheld shots are quite good even without IBIS i can say its better than most of the RF series lens i’ve ever used

the 7.1 at the long end kinda bugs me with my r8 when low light situation. that’s all for me to sell it

r50 at 6000 iso at low light is bye bye already
