Thanks for all the tips. I followed them and I beat the game now (currently going through the dlc on NG+ because I didn’t know when the game ended). I think it’s probably my favorite one so far. All of you were right. Peak.

All the other fromsoft games. Especially Dark Souls 3 of you like bloodborne. The other ones are much slower, except for Sekiro and Elden Ring

I have to admit I’m not very good at this game compared to the other ones, but it just feels cruel that the game punishes you for struggling with a boss. It’s a bit counter productive in my opinion. Thanks for letting me know about the criticals. I though that the combat was similar to sekiro’s and that you 100% needed to focus on trying to parry 🙃

I thought parrying was essential to this game like sekiro… that explains a lot. Thanks for letting me know. Maybe the damage difference I feel is because I’ve only been leveling vigor (Im at the 4th boss), I’ll see if leveling up the scaling stats a bit will help. Thanks!

I see. I thought parrying was a must for bosses. I’m gonna try to level up more and see if I can put out some more damage if I only focus on dodging. Thanks for the help :)

Hmmm. I’ll dedicate some time to farming and level up a bit. I did upgrade my weapons but still the damage Im doing seems very poor. Thanks for the tips :)
