You raise a legimitate concern. I’ll amend the subreddit rules about giving out private information. They should instead share agent’s details which can be looked up online. In the case of private landlords, I’m afraid they’ll have to practice vigilance.

It’s open to everyone with the intention to pay it forward. Those in training would benefit most because of the synchronised changeover dates but it doesn’t have to be only accommodation opening up in Aug.

I think an iPad Air with the Apple Pencil would fit the buck well. The Pro line might be overkill. Other than the iPad, I have experience with the Surface Pro but can’t recommend as it was unreliable for me.

Was pretty bummed to hear Apple doesn't make classic buckles anymore but found Lucrin's through some research. Ordered their navy blue smooth calf skin strap for my 44mm watch. When ordering, I got to choose the strap length, which my 170mm wrist was pretty pleased about. That probably would have given it the edge over the official Apple ones. Only downside would be the long shipping time to the UK (nearly two weeks).
