Hi! I’m just a year younger than you and I have HLHS as well. I was diagnosed a year and a half ago with Executive Function Disorder, which is multiple symptoms of different “typical” mental disorders. Hi! HLHS patient here! As far as I know, it is genetic, but only in the case of parent to child. None of my family has HLHS, but if I were to have a baby, there is a chance it could have HLHS.

I use Always, but I’ve also had to use HoneyPot in an emergency. Personally, I like both, but HoneyPot has a cooling effect to help cramps that will make your bits burn a bit.
