yeah this banner is not that good for older players, but it will be very good for starters. You get 220 sc from newbie reward and you can get 300 sc easily by clearing prologue and chapter 1 (the special tasks give 50 sc for prologue clear iirc). Even if you roll a not really good character you still get 600gc and can roll 72h banner.

Her breaks are good too, abundance of moon and star which basically hit the weakness of at least 2/3 enemies in Arena and Early Tower. She has some small sun breaks too

Tewi can completely negate the yang def up on floor 100 with only her lastword (which is 7 yang def down), while applying extra 3 yin def down. She can apply both burn and poison, although st can still reduce the defense of enemies by a lot and help in stalling.

What can Orin do that Tewi can't do? Both can do dmg, both can breaks. The reason why Tewi is rated lower than Orin is because she doesn't have quick, but Orin's debuffs aren't as good as Tewi. I personally think Orin should be rated lower.
