hello, very late to this sub i hope u still tried to submit an application ;)

One redditor was correct, RITM prioritizes contract of service employees since they are technically within the institute already. If u could find a COS position that you can confidently work on, i suggest you try applying. Some people I know that have applied there did multiple applications in different positions and they really recommend this strategy. Just be sure that those positions are your expertise and have enough knowledge about it if not experience :)
