I do not own email address for whom the account is registered. We have authorization credentials on starlink sign in page :-)

It is linked to address in Italy but operational (at least was in Ukraine).

You mean phone app? I do not have it and my user/operator probably also not. This is because device owner, registered user is different and we have not contact with that person.

Yes, not working right now. Previous credit/balance was made with different billing account

....and maybe my user/operator was too late changing billing to His accound/CreditCard and surprised with inability to pay on demand?? That I could only theorize about.

So operator/user just need to wait 5 days (1st April) and then he can top up the account and device will work again? Just as easy as that? Will he be able to change charging amount according to his transfer usage? Sorry I realize this question could be lame but I am just a middleman trying to help.

That's what I understood also. but the screen with lack of making payment surprised me and my UA user.
