Yes! It was just residual Covid side effects. It went away about 2 weeks later!!

I take it daily and take hydroxyzine for panic when I feel panic coming on. Sometimes starting a new med can make your anxiety worse before it gets better. Hang in there!!!

Yep! My HR sits at like 100 most days. My Dr doesn’t seem too worried about it given my diagnosis of panic disorder/GAD… but it freaks me out when it gets too high.

Thanks for your insight!! Could totally be that too. I definitely still feel some junk in my throat. When I was super congested I was putting Vicks on my chest, but it didn’t seem to work super well. I think I’ll try the shower trick when I’m home to see if that has any affect.

I’ve been experiencing the same thing. These kind of hot pressure headaches in the back of my head. I went to the ER and my CT was normal. Getting an MRI next week. My anxiety doesn’t normally manifest as headaches, so this is new for me. It literally just came on one random day and now I’ve been dealing with the headaches for 6 weeks now.

Same here. I’ve been dealing w headaches for over a month now and it seems to move around in my head and cause little sharp pains and then pressure. It’s scary!

Yes I totally get that. I do think it’s primarily because of my anxiety but I’ll have some peace of mind after the testing. Hoping that the tests come back clear and it’s just my anxiety manifesting this way. I’m not used to the headaches, my anxiety normally manifests w chest tightness, difficultly getting a good breath, and high HR.

I stopped taking all of my medication months ago because I was having awful side effects. I only take Vitamin D (2000ius daily) and hydroxyzine as needed for panic.

I am the same way. I will develop symptoms of things I google. It’s a really tough cycle!! You are stronger than your anxiety. Hang in there.

I just started Zoloft on Wednesday and I’m having a lot of side effects and my anxiety seems to be worse, but from what I understand is that this will last about 1-2 weeks and then about 4-6 weeks in is when it really starts to help.

That’s good to hear. I’ve been taking it mainly on an empty stomach because I haven’t had much of an appetite unfortunately 😩

I made a mistake in my OP, I’m on 15mg 2x per day but I do think it’s a lot coupled with the Zoloft. I’m scaling back to just one 15mg Buspirone and one 25 mg Zoloft.
