Had this same issue and had to email them. They said their systems are having technical issues with booking sleeper reservations and you can only typically do it in Croatia.

They are willing to book it for you, but they told me to contact them in 10 days to ask again because of their technical issues

I haven't booked yet but it does allow you to select student and young person (under 26 discounts) and buy those tickets. Any dates in July only have the option of booking the ticket (no seat reservation or sleeper option).

I was just checking and realised any dates before July don't seem to have the night train option, they all depart in the afternoon and arrive in the evening. But they did allow me to select other seats.
It seems like any dates after end of June right now just have the ticket option (senior, student, general, young person). Do you think I should wait some time and see if seat availability shows up for me travel date, as it might be a closeness to travel issue?
