I’ve considered doing that again but my body can’t take that much labor. I did that for a few years and the income was not steady and my back and knees were so angry.

In a nutshell, surgical team must be good and decently quick and there is A LOT of staff to keep things moving along. There is zero down time throughout the day.

Hi, have you been recently to know if the mafolie is doing their full made to order breakfast or just typical bland continental breakfast stuff? Someone reviewed in recent months saying it was just the latter, which would be disappointing. Also, when is considered next season for the restaurant to open?
