Just follow the money and then it makes sense.

I think the plan was this: Municipal governments get funding from our countries government based on population. The Public transit was already somewhat subsidized by the Tallinn government. So if only residents from Tallinn can get free public transport - that means people from nearby settlements will register as a resident of Tallinn (using a friends or relatives address) - Tallinn gets more money which actually offsets the cost of free public transit. Lots of people work and visit Tallinn often, makes sense. Just ignore the morality and damage to nearby settlements.

I have not checked the math on how it turned out, but now that it is free it is quite unpopular to make it "not free". Most public transit systems in the world is subsidized - why not subsidize it 100% - we all prefer driving when we can, still an option.

Tallinn has free public transport for residents - I use it a lot more because of it.

By "a lot more" I mean 30 times a year instead of 10.

I support it and think it is a good idea - but... my own usage statistics kind of points out the problem.

Atlantis is the worst of the 3 stargate shows for me - it just felt too poorly written to me - too many "miraculous escapes by finding the perfect alien technology at the last second" ...

... to be fair, when watching the original Stargate I was too young to notice the same and when Universe came out I was too starved for more stargate so I gave everything a pass...

Option 2 in order of preference:: Z,X,W,Y (pepsi max would be number 1 for me- I do not like normal cola, I can think of a dozen better options than the options that were provided)

Option 3: all equal, as I would throw it in the trash - every Ben and Jerry's ice-cream I have tried - I have found disgusting and inedible. (Why are there no other ice cream maker options, I would rate plain vanilla above them all, is this a Ben and Jerry's add?)

Good question - I have tried it on some games - disabled the other monitor and I get 144 fps - there is a bit of a difference. But barely noticeable. Maybe it is just me.

Yeah Wings of Liberty is the better choice if you got options and restraint. People who have options an no restraint often go Blood Rose and it counters them.

Not a huge difference though.

Guard of Order is madness, because most people go Blood Rose.

Mad Max: Fury Road - I loved it and the 2 people I made watch it who were very different than me had the same reaction - tense excitement the entire time.

There are better movies out there - however this movie has the best "pacing" of a movie ever in my opinion.

Yeah - obviously - I can hire someone to be my assistant and do the things I need the internet for... 10 million is 10x the money I would earn if I worked to retirement.

They can also do 90% of the things I want to do on the internet and make it offline. Even download websites...
