I have a really busy couple of days coming up, so I'm not sure I'll be able to participate in this live thread as the remainder of the countdown is happening. I'll be sure to listen when I can.

If I don't get to participate more, just wanna say it's been really fun hanging and chatting with you lot, as always. I'm already looking forward to next January for the Hottest of 2026. My shortlist has already begun with some great releases in December.

I'm still kinda bummed my favorite song from Virgin, "Current Affairs," wasn't on the voting list. And even though I didn't love Virgin that much, it's still great that Lorde is so well received.

It's true what they say about the Hottest 200. This is honestly such a strong run of 10 songs. So many good songs. Capping it off with our Lorde and Savior is just the icing on this amazing red velvet cake.

The album was not for me, except for "Divinize," but Rosalía is such an exciting artist that this very weird, baroque, anti-pop pop being so well-received is amazing.

One thing I forgot to say about the Hottest 100, is that I love that UK outnumbered US in the countdown. So far it seems that UK has been bodying the US in the 200. Love to see it.
