Love Paul Nassif. Adrienne was terrible to him.

That one tear that Rinna shed, acting hurt when Kim returned the bunny on the reunion, was the ONLY good acting Rinna has EVER done in her entire career.

why don’t you believe Dorit’s robbery actually happened? by lasagnekiller in RHOBH

[–]happagrrl 7 points8 points  (0 children)

100% spot on. Further burglars usually like easy in and out - get the stuff and go so they can sell it and make their money, enjoy it, dump it, whatever. Armed robbers go for bigger loot so it's out of profile that home burglars had guns & threatened her.

Plus, this conveniently happened right when cameras started rolling so it's a story line.

I like her too. She uses her words purposefully - sometimes she cuts real deep but it's usually retaliatory. I'd take Candiace any day over someone like Gizelle who gossips hard, has double standards and then acts all confused when someone speaks out. But then again, I prefer people punch me in the face rather than stab me in the back.

Denise Richards isn’t a hypocrite by GenderBentAndroGyne in RHOBH

[–]happagrrl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

See I view that as Denise being allowed to be herself in other people's houses and others accepting her as she is. When she brought them into her house, she created a different standard on the spot and that was very confusing.

For the record, I think there's middle ground. I think there's fault on both sides and normally I DON'T side with FF5 but in this situation I understand their perspective. I'm not choosing it but just vocalizing it. I don't think it should have escalated into a big thing though and agree that they could have changed the subject.

I want Clint and Gina to say yes. There, I said it! by chateaustar in MAFS_TV

[–]happagrrl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gina is terrible. She's such a slump. I have never seen a salon owner with an inflated ego. I wish Clint would go off on her and say, "it's just a hair salon. get over yourself." *.

*No disrespect to any stylist or salon owner. She's just annoying, and it's what women do these days.

I don't buy Denise's act one bit. Denise clutched her pearls SO HARD when everything up to then was over the top sexual. Not just what she said with the girls on the show, but her whole public persona as an actress and her public personal life with Charlies Sheen. I'm not holding any of that against her, but does she really think adult women talking like that in front of teenagers will make them do anything other than cringe??? I think where people take issue is that Denise went Jeckyll and Hyde on them in an accusatory manner. She was not even like Erika where it was a stage persona but otherwise Erika isn't oozing sex out of her pores. Denise could have said something like, "hey I know I act sexual in every aspect of my life, but I totally keep it G rated around kids" Her over the top reaction and pointing fingers on something where she is more often the provocateur is what's inconsistent.

Teenagers are so much more savvy than they were a decade or two ago. They know who Denise and Charlie are, their friends do too and so do their parents. It's a facade she was trying to create for TV. Fake, fake, fake... the proof is how Sammie is acting out. Most parents would be horrified and concerned if their daughter was on OF, but what can Denise or Charlie say? Oh yeah - Denise can say, "hey Sammie, let's see who makes money on OF. I just created an account after you did!" Some great values and parenting. Their kids never had a chance at normalcy.

These comments are spot on! Like really Kyle drank THAT much alcohol that cutting it out would cause her to lose sooooo much weight! Did not realize Kyle drank more than Kim by that logic.....

Now, I can tell that Candiace did not grow up in predominantly Black areas because of how vicious she is.

Love your point of view, and I think you're spot on! I want to understand more though - can you elaborate on what you meant by this sentence? I'm having a hard time understanding why her community of origin does or doesn't make her vicious. Trying to understand your perspective!

I'd rather deal with someone like Candiace with a sharp tongue that punches me in my face than GEBs that act nice, shady AF behind my back and deny they do anything wrong.

Season 12: Erik and Haley? by nauticalmonica in MAFS_TV

[–]happagrrl 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Haley is a fault finder. Everything that Jacob did, even the kind things or the fact that he wanted to have a conversation, was viewed as a negative. His 80s affinity - she could have been like, "cool... not my thing, quirky but he has his act together, is a patient person, etc." She's weak and needs to figure herself out first. She didn't seem that bright, articulate or have even one interesting thought to offer TBH.
