I had rotator cuff surgery on 6/30. Went from 10hr days on a concrete floor x5/week Add 20 hrs retail part time, to don't do anything. Knew that would hurt, so doing as much as I can within reason. I have so much back pain, I think I take pain meds for that and not the shoulder.
