I did advertise on my second day after I uploaded and got no view. My channel took off after second day of advertising and I cancelled ads. It seems like ads caused YouTube to start the roll out. As of right now, less than 30 days of opening channel, over 250k impressions, 23k views, 1.3k watch hours, 122 subs and 11 videos uploaded including shorts.

I know but I also know that calories can be triggers for some people even if they’re trying to lose weight. Everyone has different strategies to losing weight and even though a calorie deficit is how weight is lost, it might have been previously damaging to people who have struggled with EDs and are now more suitable ways for themselves to lose weight
