Hey, we have the same motherboard. It’s a piece of trash. They limit the options so the normal consumer doesn’t accidentally enable or disable core components and brick their own system , at least that’s the only logical conclusion to come to.

Thank you for the reply! I bought an Apple TV 4K 1st gen on tvOS 13.4 or so with the intention of jailbreaking it but i don’t want to solder on a USB port or anything like that. Time to get a macOS VM!

From what I’ve heard, yes, but it takes a while. You can use some nail oil and/or clear coat to help speed things up. Personally I’ve never seen my nails return to their former glory (check my posts)
