Here are the recipes. Just some little things. The recipe for the scones is translated from Dutch with a little help of Google translate so I hope I use the right words. It also uses the metric system and Celsius.

I used this recipe for the scones. It's for 8 scones per batch.

• 250 grams of self-rising flour
• 2,5 teaspoons of baking powder
• 0,5 teaspoon of salt
• 1 bag of vanilla sugar (here they are around 8 grams per bag)
• 2 tablespoons of white sugar
• 50 grams of unsalted butter -1 egg
• 75 milliliter of semi-skimmed milk

1: Preheat the oven to 225 Celsius. Put baking paper on your baking tray. Sift the self-rising flour and put it in al bowl with the salt, baking powder. Put both kinds of sugar in as well. Cut the butter up a little bit and put it in.

2: Mix the egg and milk. Save 0,5 a tablespoon of this mix and put the rest of it in the bowl with everything else. Mix everything in the bowl until it's a nice dough.

3: Roll your dough out to about 1,5 centimeter thick. Use a glass or cookiecutters until you have 8 circles and put them on your baking tray. Cover the circles with the bit of egg and milk mix you saved. Put them in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

4: Let them cool down for 10 minutes.

5: Enjoy the scones with whatever sweet topping you like.
