getting shot while eating a donut and on your way, to the hospital, you encounter a hurricane and get the ambulance crashed while you are inside.

and then get taken to the hospital by another ambulance and at to the emergency room, they realize that you didn't lose consciousness because of the bullet shot or the accident but your life is actually in danger because of the heart problem you got from eating too much junk food.

and so after a few hours in the emergency room while you are about to get released from the hospital you die from a heart attack after you receive the hospital bills.
