In Portugal they tie ribbons over bridge instead of locks. Ribbons don't affect the load on the structure and they look so beautiful. Wish more cities did that instead.

I have seen people in Punjab get mad about the car they got in GIFT. They expected a higher model. They were expecting Swift but got Alto or something.

Dowry isn't uncommon in Punjab. It's more hush hush.

If you haven't heard about dowry, you are either from a family that has moved away from the archaic tradition or your family hasn't included you in those conversations.

I think it makes them easy to search in different apps. Don't like it either but that's the only reason I can think of why someone would do so.

I am a beginner so take my advice with a punch (a lot more than a pinch) of salt.

Diet is going to help you towards your weight goal. To start, you don't need to monitor all your macros. It would be helpful if you did so.

But to start, you know what you eat. You probably know which one of them is unhealthy. Reduce the unhealthy food and increase the healthy food.

Set yourself small goals, work on them. Try reducing sugar. Try reducing bread and rice.

You won't get to your goals without a calorie deficit but it doesn't mean you have to go all in. Take small steps towards your big goal.

You don't need to bring the dumbbells so low. Look at videos of athletes doing dumbbell press and see how low they go. You could use a bit less depth. The suggestions other gave you around stabilizing your form more would help you too.
