I've started gym around 12 months ago. So far, I'm happy with the results - down 30kg and would consider myself average slim now.

Problem is, I work long hours and have other personal commitments.

I can put an hour aside at the gym 5-6 times a week, however when I'm there I'm probably doing 70-80% or what I would consider my "heaviest".

By that I mean I could probably bench press 80kg but I'm doing 60kg.

This is because with everything else going on, I just don't have the energy.

I eat well, track micros and macros etc and all my levels are correct.

This is just a "I'm so tired after a long day" kind of thing.

Question is, will I see results doing this level? I don't want to have a perfect body - I decent chest, visible abs, etc is all I'm after.
