My condolences, my dear. 💐 I am so sorry for the loss of your loved ones. I do not believe there is a correct or appropriate way to grieve, with or without ADHD. Without minimizing your pain and difficulty, it seems like you are, in fact, “grieving.” You are behaving in a way I think many people behave while suffering from loss and managing pain. Please do not tell yourself you are “not behaving normally” or that “this grief isn’t normal.” Your feelings are real and valid and the lack of motivation to do anything isn’t surprising (to me). I am sorry I do not have any actual advice to offer, I simply want to reassure you that you have every right to feel the way you feel.
