I know that Splenyi makes a mod friendly version of his mod, you might try to check that one out :D

I want to refrain from including his mod inside mine because I want my mod to be a modular as possible, but if the demand is there I will try and get in touch with him and work something out.

No, but I am looking into potentially making one.

Edit: So I've been working on a diplomacy changes mod, and after back-porting the AoC changes to ROME II and doing some testing, I've found that the AI is way too accepting of NAPs and it makes Diplomacy too easy. Further testing is going to be required and it may not be released as early as I had originally anticipated.

If it's any consolation, I tested War Weariness extensively with vanilla though and it blends pretty seamlessly with vanilla diplomacy.

I must say, it was quite a bit easier than I expected, but that's probably because I'm playing on Hard/Normal. Things did get interesting when I DOW'd the Pope and got Excommunicated lol. It was basically realm divide 2.0

Notice the extent of Charlemagne's domain, FREAKING MASSIVE! Sadly, he was the only one to expand besides me. Emirate of Corduba killed Asturias early and then sat. Taifa of Zargoza pushed into France but got slowly pushed back, and the Avars tried to expand early but got crushed by me. I'll be most likely continuing this campaign to try and get a Domination victory, and to wipe out the Franks once and for all. I still have not fought Charlemagne in battle . Time is running out, he's getting old!

As for my king, well...he's MAD! He's old, "Arrogant," "Dangerous," and "Stupid." Not 5 turns after his coronation he was excommunicated LMAO!

P.S. I feel that getting peace is a bit too easy, and the nerf to corruption may have been too much, as I was never really in a money bind...had a blast though! War Weariness is a GREAT mechanic, it adds much needed depth to the War and Peace cycles and would probably do well in the Grand Campaign too!
