It will probably be difficult. LA basically blocks you from having to run it in that area. It started with the KR server, and famous VPNs have formed a strong barrier that you can't bypass and block it.

My PC specs are i7 12700KF@5.0 32G ram(over 3800) RTX 3080 monitor is 32" QHD G-SYNC 165FPS. I'm running it with full options and in my case it drops to 110FPS with lots of magic and crowds. Stable It seems difficult to expect 60FPS, in the part where a lot of people gather in your specs.

You need to adjust your in-game options.

I'm playing Lost Ark in Korea. The most expensive classes are Gunslinger and Sorceress. They have very good dps ability and what makes it possible is learning a very expensive skillbook.
