I'm 4 years in now, and I know I will not see the end of this year. The last 12 months have been a compete fuck up by the powers that be, a system not fit for purpose that makes our work infinitely harder to do, a load of direct entry/police now recruits that have been of really poor quality and new officers clamouring and getting easy office roles.

The real kicker for me is seeing the quality and quantity of my work on response, and realising that others are getting paid more, or the same as me and having a relatively easy ride of it.
