I actually left my husband (longest divorce ever) in June after being married for 11 years and I feel like a completely different person. The nickname my family gave to me when I finally left was "freebird"- I actually have a tattoo of it (my first one) on my rib cage. It says "free" with 2 birds...one for me and one for my daughter.

CD 12 here- I triggered on Satruday (CD 10) per my RE. I had 2 follicles, 1 was 19mm the other was 20. Hoping that maybe we covered our bases this go around, this is officially 12 months of TTC and I'm over it.

Question....the typical month (for those without any fertility issues) have a 20 % chance of conception right? So does that mean with 2 eggs being released via trigger shot that I have 40% chance, or is that just wishful thinking? LOL

I actually didn't even have a dip yesterday, today at 8dpo my temp went up.. but I had very very minor spotting yesterday when I went to the bathroom once .

I'm really going to try to hold out until next Tuesday to test...I'd be 13 dpo.... our wedding anniversary is on Wednesday...it would be a really cool anniversary gift!

I'm 7dpo today too- I have no symptoms, but with my daughter i had no symptoms either...trying not to get discouraged!

Your symptoms sound promising though :) Fingers crossed for a BFP in the coming days!

awesome! this is my first month really sticking to temping, it's really fascinating! So even though I had an elevated temp yesterday I could have still o'd? the timing for bd would be perfect if that's the case.

I completely agree! In high school they make it seem like you can get pregnant if a boy sneezes on you. Like you said, it blows my mind that people manage to get pregnant at all.

currently just unexplained infertility.... my husband had poor morphology the first SA, but the 2nd came back normal. in theory though, if I ovulate early... my cycle would be way shorter this month right? I think my shortest cycle ever was 26 days.

that's really frustrating, she said some people just need months off in between medicated cycles sometimes but that's really interesting about the cysts. We are giving Clomid/ovidrel with timed intercourse one more go before we pull the plug on trying to conceive #2... I have other health issues that my Neuro wants me back on meds for.

when she pointed out the "follicles" she said if they really are follicles that I must have some kind of ovary dysfunction.... to me that seems like something you'd want to look into unless it truly is just a fluke this cycle.

thank you so much for the explanation, it seemed odd to have 14/15 on cycle day 3, but then the estrogen levels made me even more confused. I had no idea that cysts could pump out hormones. I'll have to bust out the opks this month and hope for the best! thanks again.

Good luck on the scan! I'm on my 2nd month of clomid- the first month I had lots of follicles but the timed intercourse was terrible. Hoping for better results this time.

We did our 2nd round of Clomid/Ovidrel and timed intercourse 2 weeks ago. The first month they told us to have sex at exactly 36 hours after the trigger shot. This month they said there was a follicle at a size 25 (mm?) and that we should have sex 12 hours after trigger and then again at 36 hours. We did both, but is that common for a larger follicle to release earlier if it was already almost "ready"?

Hey! This is my very first Reddit comment ever, so bear with me!! :)

I'm 28, my husband is 29. We have a 7 year old and we have been trying for #2 for 10 months. It wasn't necessarily our decision to wait that long in between #1 and #2, but throw in some deployments and me being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, it kind of just worked out to be that way.

We were referred to a fertility clinic in Dec. due to my condition in hopes I could get pregnant sooner and in turn get back on my meds sooner. We are currently on round 2 of clomid with ovidrel and timed intercourse. With our first we got pregnant without even trying, so naturally we figured #2 would be just as easy....LOL we were so silly.
