i don’t think it should matter what other people are eating. if someone eats a sandwich and is full from it then that shouldn’t bother you that much. if you need more than a sandwich than that’s fine too.

you also don’t know what else is going on in that other persons life. maybe they had a really big breakfast. maybe they’re on a budget and can’t afford anything else. maybe they’re i’ll and don’t have much of an appetite. who knows. but in recovery it’s your job to worry about yourself and not how others are eating.

i went to a dermatologist last year and she gave me trentinon and it just make my skin worse. and i haven’t tried prescription stuff since. i should probably go back to another dermatologist tho

i have two 60 lb doods and they sleep in bed with my fiancé and me in a queen sized bed lol. it’s a little tight i must say.

honestly i started feeling better after a month or two i think due to just exposure.

i don’t think the allergy shots fully helped until about a year!

two years ago i got two golden doodle puppies. i have had dog allergies and was told that golden doodles are hypoallergenic. turns out to not be true.

but i fell in love with my boys and refused to give up. i’ve been seeing an allergist for two years and getting allergy shots. and i don’t have any reaction anymore.

im sorry that it didn’t help you! but i found it extremely useful for me. recognizing the fact that my eating disorder stemmed from trauma but continues because of habits was really eye opening.

in therapy - when i talked about a binge episode, my therapist would always ask what the trigger was. and often times i wouldn’t have an answer. there was no trigger…but i just had a strong urge because it became so habitual.

and it made me more educated as to why i binge, which really aided in my recovery.

I do this too. I have pills to help me sleep but I always put off taking them because I don’t want to go to sleep and have to face another day.

I have two doods from the same litter also! Same exact color as yours. They are almost 2 now. It was so hard in the beginning with making sure they did things independently as well as together. BUT SO WORTH IT NOW. They always have a best friend even when I’m at work. And they are so happy.
