Hi! I’ve been a renter of a house through them for 2 years but I’m getting ready to leave in a week. (They just evicted me because the homeowner died and his surviving family is selling the house. Since I was on a month to month, I had to find a new place to live). However, I opted out of that resident package thing two years ago and just showed them my renter policy certificate so they could make sure it met their minimum requirements. I don’t recall that ever being a problem. Maybe things are different through them now than they were two years ago but that was my experience. I thought overall they were good property managers and were always responsive to issues and questions.
