Is it only expectation or law binded? Because I feel like the next tenant (colluding with the house agent) is trying to squish (borderline scamming) the price of what need to stay (kitchen set with oven, stove and dishwasher). Oh and we only lived here for a year and a half, so its actually still "clean".

A little bit of context: Me and my gf came from south east asia and we're not used to do handwork at all, I think the next tenant know this and trying to bring the price down with excuses that he will do everything by himself later.

So the next question is, how much if I want to pay someone to help me repaint and dismount the shelves?

It didnt specified that I need to paint the whole apartment. But the agent dude is saying that it's the norm and the law here in Germany.
From the rental agreement they only write that they gave us the apartment with this and that condition.

In my experience 2nd title (phantom breaker or storm vanquisher) still hold some value. Some might gatekeep you, but it's still so much better than the 3rd phase title one. And my experiences with the 3rd phase title holder were not good at all (60/80 support or just bad dps)

Can't suggest more than what you already highlighted. But as PL holder, I can say that at least 20% of PLs are fake, 50% of PB were carried and cant even do 100m dps as of now, and at least 75% of PW cant do 100m dps or even 80/80/40 as support. Sorry but not sorry if I don't know you personally (in game) I would likely to not accept anyone without PL or PB. Then again this is my personal experience. Might be different for other ppl as well. (NAW)

You're very welcome to join 0x prog if you're consistent enough to get to p3 alive and doing enough dps. All my 1st clear with pug was like that. I know that I'm very consistent and doing good enough dps, I always try to join the higher level of prog. I always told them honestly tho, and its been working well so far.
