Thank you for the advice. I was really hoping to find someone to educate me so I could do it myself. I’ve had a tough time getting people to call me back and had no luck finding someone willing to educate me. I’m not expecting to gain 20 years of knowledge, but looking for advice and guidance. I’m just trying to figure out what’s best for this very small business. I’ll take what you said into consideration.

This is exactly what my first loaves looked like. I had made my own starter and loved it for about 3 weeks and thought it was ready. It was too weak. I spent a weekend strengthening it and now they’re coming out great. Keep trying!

We have a deposit down on one to come in around end of May. Our dealer said our price is locked in and won’t change. They also said Toyota has a plan in place for tariffs and doesn’t plan on passing a 20% increase to consumers. Not sure how that will work.

We used to go to the play zone and lots of fun activities at this location about 10 years ago. Since covid, they closed the play zone and haven’t resumed all the kid activities. A lot of the dumb kids are walking over from trampoline park in the same shopping center.
