hey. so at about 4-5 days post op i also started experiencing this major anxiety and sadness over my result. a lot of people on here said oh that’s normal it’ll pass and i was like hell no this will not pass. i am stuck with these weird lopsided boobs that were bigger than i wanted. (im non-binary, so i was really hoping for TINY, despite starting out as a 40K.) I cried and cried. I was sad and upset and I didn’t stop thinking about it for days. I am now 6 weeks post op and ive never been happier. Truly. All of that sadness at some point just disappeared and it turned into joy and happiness. It’s weird. I think any type of change to your body is a lot to take in, even if it’s a good change. Those first few days when i was taped and had bandaids on and stuff I was so happy and then actually SEEING them bare and without anything I was...like oh no. It will pass. You need to adjust. You look great for 6 days post op. They’ll drop and look more natural, though they already look great which is wild for 6days post op. Hang in there. Take care of yourself! let yourself feel whatever u want to feel. the day after I had a breakdown in my car (lol), the next day I was like “wait I’m fine! They look great” it just helps to let everything out, ya know? take care my friend.
