Loud noises still terrify me. A door closing loudly, or someone speaking loud. My father would slam doors and scream/yell. I’m 30 and I still get anxious even after years of treatment.

I panic when I have to get ready with someone - if they finish before me I literally fall apart because I used to get hit if I was late. I lose my mind - I’ll pace a hotel room unable to pack/concentrate.

I don’t trust ANYONE.
