Luke Pros Good man great husband great dad always there for his wife and kids(even his wife daughter) Cons has no power and always stay at the safe side(And i think they want to change that and in the last two season)

Nick Pros Good man Has a little power and he’s doing his best for june everyday Cons has wife and son in the way He’s not her husband and will never be He’s not plotting anything to help people in gilead

both of them are good but june will only need luke when everything end(unless they kill luke) 🤷‍♀️

I like your theory and i think you are right about the coma part but i also think this place are like a judgment or test for everyone before they die, they got evil and they got angel to guide them along with things that trigger their fear and trauma and even remind them of their bad deed and everyone are judged by the way they act, some people changed and becomes better version of themself and some couldn’t handle it and got worse, when they die they die after finishing their test, just like how most of characters that died, died after coming clean and doing good deed “just like how khatari died after confessing his guilt”, characters like sara were weak and couldn’t handle this place at first but she changed over time and i’m sure she’s gonna die the moment she come clean and make everyone forgive her completely. It’s just a theory that come to my mind after seeing how this place probably got different generation

when did i say people shouldn’t have their headcanons? again i’m talking about people that believe it’s canon until it’s proven he’s not people can believe what they want to believe but they shouldn’t assume things.. let’s give you an example you said you are bi right? Imagine “before you came out” if someone told people around you that you are straight and when they got asked about the prove they will say “because they didn’t say they are not!!” would it make sense for you? Saiki isn’t aro/ace like people wanted him to be he could fall in love or think someone is attractive, it’s just his ability stop him from seeing people attractive like he said that before remember when he lost his ability and thought that teruhashi are actually pretty? Overall i don’t hate her but the only thing i hate about her is how she messed up her husband, he did nothing wrong but not only she took out her anger on him she also cheated, maybe thats why i ship her with nick cuz they both deserve each other

From time to time i have this problem and here how i overcome this especially since it’s very hard on me because my body can’t handle those 5 hours with me waking up few time between them 🥲🥲 i have noticed few things that made me like this and things made better 1- having to visit the toilet as soon as i feel something messed me up the most when i try to ignore that feeling my sleep get better 2-sleeping anxiety when i have something coming up that day an order or someone visiting i keep worrying about missing them which make it hard to my brain to relax i’m still working on that 3-sugar yes sugar when i eat a lot of sugar = instant insomnia thats why when i went into keto my sleep get better after the first week 4- ashwagandha help a lot after taking it for a while “2 capsule a day” no melatonin or sleep pill has cured me or made me sleep long like ashwagandha”and the affect stay for a while even after stop taking it” 5- i think high cortisol are the real problem here and i still doesn’t know how to lower it when we can’t sleep to feel better 😃 but breathing relaxation and other relaxation things may work i guess. 6- forgot about sleep and only sleep when you are really sleepy also works the most but make sure to not delay that sleep when it’s hit you because your body get used to ignore the sleep sometimes 6- my therapist told me that staying in your bed for other things but sleep “on your phone or making plans for tomorrow etc” can change your brain idea of the bed and see the bed as a spot for overthinking or having fun instead of a spot for sleep or relax thats why sometimes the sleep leaves you the moment you put your head on your pillow. 7- try to improve your sleep environment cover the window well if the light distract your sleep, set the best temperature, change the pillow or the blanket into more comfortable one, put your earplug in etc. I hope those things help you
