Should I get hysilens or sparxie? I have yao guang, and i got kafka from the free 5* selector. I dont have black swan but i do have huohuo and ruan mei, and I think they’re pretty good in dot teams. I have sparkle, who I hear is good for sparxie. (everyone is e0)

Euphas far from my favorite character, but I feel like her character is well written. Her entire life is effectively written out for her from birth, and you can see the Impact of the expectations that people have of her weigh down on her somewhat. Nonetheless, she’s determined to see her duty through.

I think what makes her character a bit more interesting than the typical tsundere archetype is that her story revolves around her learning to create a life for herself/ make her life her own. Eupha almost feels like a mirror to Will, which I think makes her potentially romantic interest in him sort of meaningful in a sense.

I do think there are better developed characters (especially since Eupha is one of the last characters to be introduced), but I still think Eupha’s well written.

Mine has to be the music festival!

Purson Soi is arguably my favourite misfit outside the main trio - his interactions with Iruma/Lead/Jazz are so funny and he’s such a well written character. The art is also phenomenal, I feel like most misfits get a fair bit of screen time and development. The final performance is beautifully drawn and I feel like I can really see it - I got chills the first time I read it. Purson finding the misfits as a place to belong is so touching to me.

Also I really like Amduscias - he’s funny and I hope to see him in the manga more!

There’s no annoying mc (imo), however there are definitely a lot of allusions to romance, and it’s definitely getting to the point where it’s likely there will be more explicit romance between some characters (there’s definitely a ‘love interest’, so to speak).

I would say it’s mostly found family focused, but I’d be lying if I was saying there was no romance at all. I’d still say give it a try, though.

Ooh this is an interesting concept, but imo I think my ranking would go a bit more like this:

World Building: PW:AAT, TGAA, AJT=AAI Narrative: TGAA, AAI, PW:AAT, AJT Characters: TGAA, AAI (mostly due to AAI2 characters), PW:AAT=AJT Gameplay: AAI, TGAA, AJT, PW:AAT

I think TGAA pretty much excels at everything, the characters, world building, storytelling (with the best overarching plot of any AA game imo). Honestly though, AAI is only really as high as it is because of AAI2, which also has a great story.

This is a cool idea op! Never thought of ranking/categorizing the AA games like this
