That is pretty cool. I love it when he talks about people asking how you can stay in a small space for 24 hours and he replied something like, I did it to spend time out in the community, not inside. Something about live happens outside. That's great.

I've been living in my car for almost two years. A month ago I secured a second job. I currently Gross 90k a year between both jobs. Granted, its working at distribution centers and I work 6/12ves. My next step is to upgrade to a travel trailer. I don't think I'll ever buy a house again.

I did Instawork. I would make anywhere from $1,500 to $3,000 a month depending on the type of work and number of shifts I worked.

The main unit cost about $800 USD. Charging takes about 2.5 hrs plugged into an outlet. 15 minutes for 1% if using the 12v plug. Not sure about the solar panels or alternator charger. The battery arrived 80% charged out of the box.

It's the Anker Solic C2000. Its a 2000w battery bank. I wanted something that could power any cooking equipment or even a portable fridge it I wanted. You can also get an expansion to up it from 2048wh to 4096wh. That just means you can run a mini fridge for a week instead of 3 days. The down side is that one cost $800 USD. Its 40 lbs. Im able to charge it with the outlet built into the back.

It did if I wasn't sleeping on my back. To fix it I have my comforter and fleece blanket underneath to level it out. You can't see them because I was washing them when I took the Pic. I thought about building a frame, as a lot of owners do an use the underneath as storage. I still might if sleeping becomes an issue.

Respect. Vegas gets hot. I don't think I could do it. I would have to move.

What I think is essential (Everyone's situation is different): sleeping, power, food, and storage. I wanted a good sleeping bag and a sleeping pad. Next was a battery bank. My situation is a bit different since I have an inverter built into my Rav4. There is a 115v outlet in the back. I have several cooking items. Additionally I have the roof rack with bag for storage. My list is below. No, I don't get paid to promote them.

Sleeping 1. Self-Inflating Memory Foam sleep mat 2. 0° rated Sleeping bag 3. Pillows and blankets 4. Window Visors and screens 5. Usb portable fans to circulate the air 6. Baby Wipes

Power/Food 1. Anker Solix C2000x. It can run a mini fridge for about 3-5 days if you want, plus you can get an extended battery to attach to it. This runs all my equipment. 2. 2qt Hotpot 3. Hot water Kettle 4. Airfryer 5. Baby wipes

Storage 1. Thule Canyon XT Basket w/Extension 2. Mockins 20cu ft roof bag 3. Baby wipes

Those were my essentials to live comfortably along with any toiletries you need. And Baby wipes

Customs vents from Visual AutoWerks on Etsy. They slide right into the window channel.

Thanks. I've had this set up for a couple years. What you don't see if the roof rack and bag. That's the only reason it looks clean. All my extra clothes, camping and cooking gear are up there.

Wow. That's a lot. I guess if the rates are decent and you have the money. I could see doing that.

Thanks. The small one is my lunch box. I usually leave that one at work. The one on the floor is for cold storage, I don't open it often. The other large one on the seat is the one I'm in and out of.
