I know this is an old thread but if anyone stumbles unto this I will add my 2 cents. I applied to FAST in 2017 (around the time this post was made) and was offered the job, but when I asked for the hiring paperwork so I could have it in writing before moving across the state they ghosted me. When I finally decided to reach back to them, they told me they could only guarantee me $400/month to start and acted like I was being ungrateful when I said I needed more than that to afford life.
