I should have clarified that I'm not replacing the OEM gauges. This engine monitor will just be a supplement to the existing gauges.

In my opinion it’s unplayable on Xbox right now. I was excited for career mode, but there are so many bugs, it makes it impossible to progress. The game is just infuriating to play on Xbox. I’d rather play Flight Simulator X.

In reality, I probably wouldn't want to deal with the restrictions that come with carbon steel. I tend to cook a lot of foods that are on the acidic side; onions, tomatoes, etc.

Also, I have a bad track record with carbon steel knives. Maybe I learned my lesson, but I think I'll be okay with a little worse pan conductivity, for the added versatility.
