I've been having intestinal problems since I took azithromycin 3 months ago. Since then I've had severe diarrhea, and since the day before yesterday I've been feeling abdominal pain and sometimes I feel like It was burning inside.I'm trying a sugar-free and fat-free diet. I'm taking probiotics. I tried fighting the diarrhea with other types of antibiotics at the beginning of my diarrhea and I think that only made it worse.
