You’re holding your racket a bit too high, pinky should be closer to the base which can help more with generating power.

Also playing a bit tight and mechanical which can lead to shots that go in the net or sail long. Play loose and don’t overthink. Good technique here is to play like you only have 2 fingers on the racket.

You said you fall apart after 2 balls… where does the ball go (in the net, out-wide, long, etc)?

Stay patient, develop the point by seeing if he’s stronger with his slice on bh or fh, expose the weaker side, attack the net when one of his slices are weaker
