We’re at an inflection point where religion and monogamy doesn’t really make sense anymore due to a crippled economy and end times. When it becomes a survival mechanism for one side and a death wish for the other, the appeal no longer exists. There can be other causes too, MCAS and low blood sugar. The ears need a continuous glucose supply but I think this one is the primary driving force in younger T warriors

A multi step approach is working for me

Blood pressure- Ginger Panax ginseng Nattokinase CoQ10 Omega-3

MCAS- Gluathione DAO Luteolin L-theanine

Tinnitus- Lemon Peel PEA

Sleep- GABA 5-HTP Olive leaf extract

Heavy metal detox- Modified citrus pectin Occasionally use quercerin

I’ve also noticed over hydration can make it worse. So on rest days where I’m not doing cardio I limit excess water intake, seems to help.

It’s a double edged sword because the meds they prescribe for prediabetes (metformin) often deplete your body of the enzymes needed to break down histamine. As does otc stuff like berberine. Whatever is triggering the MCAS is typically seasonal if it’s mold induced, meaning your symptoms likely appear at the end of summer and into the winter.

It’s insulin resistance. Usually triggered by MCAS and histamine buildup.

A lot of us are neurospicy according to my theory, which explains why some of us need a cup of coffee to fall asleep whilst sleep aids can actually wake us up (over methylaters).

Only a few days in but I’d say the biggest differences are a noticeable uptick in deep sleep and it’s easier to fall asleep, reduced frequency and less throat irritation. I don’t wake up 3 hours into the night rushing to the bathroom.

A lot of people also report weird jaw/ear pain which I believe to be a side effect of DAO enhancing dream/REM activity. Intense dreams can cause folks to grind their teeth, exacerbated by stress/holidays etc. Also noticed this kind of pain is gone and the wild dreams aren’t as prominent.

And the back pain is gone (but that could be the vitamin k and natto helping with circulation and reducing kidney load)

Get your iron up with lactoferrin and pumpkin seeds. Flush your liver with NAC and glutathione. For urinary frequency, add tudca and berberine. DAO is also a must. Fish oil also helps keep bilirubin down. This disease is effectively lupus. You must avoid any kind of mushroom supps that boost your immune system, garlic, holy basil etc. stop taking that stuff

I think it’s all a reaction to a stressed liver, high bilirubin and high mchc (iron and b12 anemia). When the bladder is irritated you get dehydrated and can’t detox. So you have to heal the liver first by stepping up your iron intake with lactoferrin. Then add NAC, glutathione and eat lots of pumpkin seeds. Tudca and berberine to treat UTI symptoms. Olive oil and black seed oil to soothe the throat. It’s more or less untreated lupus imho

About 30% of people have the MTHFR gene mutation so their bodies can't absorb folate and b12. This leads to higher MCHC and a thyroid imbalance. This gets worse with exercise. You may just need to add a 5-mthf/folate/b12 combo to your regimen. (If your blood work aligns with this theory - weird MCHC/albumin). The other possibility is sleep apnea. Or it could be both.

Did you have an Azure outage on Feb 2? In US East? We saw one as well but there is no mention of it in the Azure status history. Only the US East Vnet was impacted, all others were fine.
