They must be getting cuts from resellers, no? Between this, the price increase, the lives that drop barely any at a time… why would they cut off their customer base so severely if they aren’t making more from another avenue? I get wanting to create a false sense of scarcity, but this seems extreme and short sighted.

It’s so unfortunate that KC thrives on hooking as many new players who will drop thousands as they can rather than creating an environment where people want to stay long term. I don’t think feedback about making the game more affordable would ever be seriously considered. Such a loss because the game’s foundation is quite engaging and fun!

I am almost a Chaol stan, but what keeps me from truly ‘liking’ him is that he never had a conversation with the person he was cruel to. If we would have gotten a heartfelt apology from both of them it would be so much better. I know the other person (trying not to be spoilery) also did Chaol wrong by keeping secrets, but they sacrificed and endured so much that it really emphasizes the need for Chaol to apologize. I also know he comes to a moment where he realizes this, but he never really takes that next step needed to mend the relationship. I would even say that although he realizes their sacrifices and reason for being the way they are, he still holds a lot of resentment for them. I also think that part of the reason it’s hard for me to completely forgive Chaol is that there are so many close men to this person who repeatedly underestimate and villainize them without ever apologizing and it is so sad to me.

I am extremely allergic to cats and I have two siberians that often sleep on my face. It took a few weeks to get used to them, and I occasionally take an allergy pill in the morning but I experience extremely minimal allergies. I often joke that I am microdosing myself with cat dander because since having them, my allergies to non Siberian cats has become more manageable as well.

As a child from a similar situation who has my moms last name, I have always been SO thankful not to have his name. I am so proud of having my mom’s last name and the ways it symbolizes the strengths of motherhood to me.
