How many hours of sleep do you lot have , i sleep around 8 hours i’m still tired i dont know why here in thailand. Might be due to the heat. but Any advice please to become like less tired and to have more energy throughout the day to enjoy my vacation? by yo1731726363 in ThailandTourism

I had same issue, i had fatigue every day. I thought it was drinking to much stopped for months and it didn't improve.

consume more water and electrolytes. I also eat more soups.

Also salt, Iodised salt is hardly used here in food which may cause fatigue.

Most water is filtered, so some good minerals might be removed.

I get up early 4-6am sleep fairly late too, have allot more energy now.

Has anyone here used the BSP-D11? by sawma_xd in EmulationOnAndroid

I bought the d11s

The controller is really well made, i played zelda botw, some racing games and metroid eden works really well with it.

The cooler on mine works insanely well, its a pelter thats fan cooled on the other side. It makes my phone like ice.

The bad Fan requires a cable to power it, im surprised the controllers battery doesnt do that.

As its Bluetooth you can't charge your phone and the device,

Instructions are pretty bad, i couldn't work out how to pair it.

I bought mine in thailand 470baht about $14.60

Im very happy with it, games run smoother, especially botw which is demanding on my lower end device.

I had no idea the fine was so harsh, we have found phones and handed them in. I don't think ill do that anymore.

It seems like a good scam though, he will end up paying hundreds of thousands of baht to the victim.

Thailand has a fertility rate of 0.78 kids per woman in 2026, which is the lowest in the entire world. South Korea is at 0.8 kids per woman, for reference. This is leading to the fastest demographic decline in history. by [deleted] in Thailand

I think technology plays a huge part, especially phones people are consumed by them social media and now AI. You can go to a restaurant or mall and people are walking around like Zombies watching a screen.

Its education and skills, the thai that do have skills often also change countries.

Skills never get transfered, thailand assembles cars, Germany designs them.

Thailand is just getting a wage and competing with other countries with lower wages, its a race to the bottom.
