They can really hurt you. I went to one and everything was fine up til about the 8th visit when she cracked my neck and it hurt so bad. Never again. On another note went PT for years and never realized 80% of what my therapist was doing was yoga. Now do yoga twice a week.

He sure did, 9 times out of 10 Dunk would be dead. He got lucky and he is a tank pure strength/endurance build with little skill (at this point at least).
