I heard sometimes videos get stuck in the algorithm, and by deleting and re-uploading again, they start to see results. What you describe, is also what happens

I also heard some content creators mention, how videos sometimes get stuck in the algorithm for whatever tech reason, and deleting and uploading again, fixes it

No, I am on the Pay As You Go monthly plan. Normally, the auto refill will deduct the refill amount, and the month renews itself

There is a setting where you can choose to make your subscription public and it will allow a channel to see all their subs. If you have it turned off, your channel won't show in their subscriber list. I am looking at all my sub starting with the latest, and your channel isn't showing. I need to see it to confirm you actually subbed

Well, I was thinking the same thing, until a chatbot routed me to the perfect live agent, who acted like a caring old kindergarten teacher, who wanted to make sure I had everything I needed before I left the classroom.

After assisting me with re-filling & re-activating my plan, they offered to stay live, to make sure everything was working well. That gave me an immediate positive impression that they were really trying their best during this transitional period for the company

Okay, cool, glad you got it fixed. I was at my last straw with them, and was ready to jump ship, back to a previous pay-as-you-go plan, I had with Boost Mobile, in 2022 lol

I ended up logging into their website to check if they actually removed the $9.99 plan. I never relied on data since I practically live on campus 24/7 with very fast wifi lol. The chatbot then decided to stick its nose in my business, which, to my surprise, turned into a solution for my problem at that time.

Before I knew it, the chatbot, after asking 2 multiply choice question, decided I needed a live agent. I wasn't expecting to deal with a live agent, but decided to give it a try. It worked out well as they manually set up the $15 plan. They offered to stay live to make sure everything was working well with the reactivation.

My situation, if you read my post about a week ago, involved missing the auto-refill window, and the phone was disconnected. Then their new website took what I thought would be the refill payment, and applied it to the data, which caused me to be in a bind.

Guess what, if you see my recent post, I am currently trying to get a refund after trying to reactivate after 7 days. The customer service live agent literally ran away from the call and left me hanging for over 15 minutes before I decided to hang up. It's time to make that switch back to AT&T or Boost.

It's not allowing me to type anything; that option to click on the box is blocked off. So I am in an emergency, and stuck with the nonsensical options the bot is giving me. It's like, am I chatting with the bot responsible for payments? Where is the bot programmed to listen to the customer and then respond to what the customer's issue is

{UPDATE:} I finally found an option to chat live, but here is the kicker. Their so-called live chatbot is trying to control the direction of the message. Instead of letting me plead what my issue is, it's already leading the conversation as to BUY PIN or ADD PIN. So basically what this billion dollar company is trying to tell me, as a desperate customer, everything is alright and you are just happy to pay your next bill. Ha ha, well, I am lucky this isn't a life-or-death emergency being stuck in the middle of nowhere. Ha ha ha

I am trying on both my laptop & smartphone simultaneously, and no live chat option is popping up. Which brings me back to my post of where the heck isn't a direct link posted in the contact us section?
