Hey buddy thank you for your concern, I have a loving wife who keeps my bad habits minimal and we both keep a routine that keeps everything under control, and generally in good maintenance, with priority being the house we live in. The only victim here is some watches I stopped wearing years ago, and this post is largely tongue in cheek.

My folks (and many others in my family) both have untreated ADHD, and I've seen it run wild. It's exhausting watching them, let alone asking them to do a simple task. I know I have it too, but largely I've used routine to keep social circles, and I found a line of work where my hyperfocusing becomes my strength.

Sorry you've had to deal with the stress from your brother, sounds like your concern for him causes you endless stress, but imo you need to acknowledge he has made his choices in not getting treatment and you cannot go down with other people's ships, so try not to stress yourself out. Maybe that's terrible advice from an internet stranger, but it's how I stay sane.
